Alexander Drane is an Endorsed Organisational Psychologist (AHPRA) and Director of Trident Psychology, a Perth-based consultancy specialising in psychosocial risk and organisational psychology.

He has set global direction for psychosocial risk frameworks and authored core governance tools including risk procedures, classification and reporting guidance, and trauma response planning.

Alex integrates psychosocial risk into broader HSE and enterprise risk systems through hazard mapping, assessments, controls, and assurance. He holds a Master of Applied Psychology (Organisational) and is a member of SIOPA. His strength is translating complex psychological concepts into practical, leader-friendly strategies that organisations can implement and sustain.
