As the Director of Glia Limited, Bridget has led the development and implementation of over 50 leadership programmes that have significantly enhanced team collaboration, diversity, and inclusion within various organisations. Her coaching expertise has empowered over 500 leaders and executives to improve communication, resilience, and organisational culture.
