I am a leadership coach with almost 2 decades of global experience in sales leadership and mentoring roles. Hailing from central London after completing my degree in European Languages, I relocated to Australia in 2004, finally settling in Auckland in 2016. With a lengthy career in the education sector I have consistent experience in leadership training, mentoring, staff retention, negotiation and customer acquisition. I work with clients from a range of sectors who are looking to ignite their business or personal goals and create more agility and freedom for themselves.

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and hold an ICF accredited ACSTH in Transformative Coaching – where my passion lies. I am also a Discflow certified trainer and has a distinct interest in behaviour and emotional intelligence. A key area of interest for me is working with individuals who are seeking transformative change whether in their professional or personal life. I have also recently joined Scotwork as a consultant. Scotwork are recognised as the global leaders in negotiation training and consulting.

As a coach I would always recommend the client to come forward with challenges or issues that they are currently facing in the workplace. Though personally unique to each individual we find that universally people tend to have similar sets of challenges. Most areas of coaching can support this. The key to coaching is that it should be transformative - so creating a shift in mindset to create a positive difference to that individual in not only their personal, but professional space.
