Doreen is a New Zealand–born dental professional of Chinese heritage, trained at the University of Otago, where she completed qualifications in Dental Technology and Clinical Dental Technology. With over a decade of experience as a Clinical Dental Technician, she is known for her precision, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering patient-centred care.

In July 2025, Doreen transitioned into contracting, broadening her professional scope and embracing greater flexibility in her work. She is also the co-founder of a mobile denture clinic based in Hamilton, dedicated to improving access to dental care by bringing services directly to the community.

Alongside her clinical career, Doreen has spent more than ten years investing in personal and professional development. Guided by a mentoring team, she has cultivated growth across key areas including lifestyle, image, finances, and self-esteem. This journey has shaped her holistic approach to leadership, service, and personal growth.
