Leadership Coach, Coach Trainer and Organisational Psychology Specialist at Intentional Generations
Jennifer (Jen) Young is an award-winning & professionally certified leadership & career coach, facilitator and workplace development consultant. Her early career involved being admitted to the bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, working in public sector human resources and in the social impact startup sector. Jen founded Intentional Generations in 2017 and has had the privilege of delivering leadership development, emotional & mental wellbeing and culture development workshops plus coaching hundreds of leaders and youth locally and internationally in a variety of different industries, organisations and schools including Google Cloud, ICANN US, Verve Ireland, Ministry of Education, Westpac, Horowhenua District Council, Scots College & AA Insurance.
She is currently balancing Intentional Generations work, studying her Masters in Organisational Psychology part-time and contracting to the NeuroLeadership Institute as one of their coach trainers and coach mentors in the APAC region. In her spare time she co-facilitates the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards Oceania programme, volunteers with Camp Quality, facilitates community groups for women, dances, writes and organises retreat weekends with friends.
