Megan Jenkins

Registered Organisational Psychologist and Senior Change Manager

Megan has 20 years’ experience as a Registered Organisational Psychologist, bringing in-depth understanding of human behaviour, leadership and organisational change. Beginning her career as a Psychologist in the Navy, she has worked in internal and consulting roles in New Zealand and the UK.

Since completing the Prosci® change management qualification in 2018, Megan blends this with her organisational psychology background to build change capability with leaders and teams. At a strategic level, her skills in change leadership and culture change help organisations successfully transform by enhancing engagement, adoption of change initiatives and organisational change maturity. She helps leaders gain insight into the key success factors for leading through change, including why one size doesn’t fit all when leading teams. At an individual level, her psychology and coaching background help people gain greater change resilience to navigate uncertainty.

Megan is a Member of the Institute of Organisational Psychology (IOP), a branch of the New Zealand Psychological Society (NZPsS), and in 2024 was awarded Fellow membership with the Society in recognition of her expertise and contribution to her profession.
