Roni Millard

Roni Millard is an executive wellbeing strategist with a 30-year senior leadership career across marketing, sales and transformation, including recognition as a Top 50 Australia Chief Marketing Officer. She understands firsthand the demands of high-performance corporate environments.She has also been featured in the Australian Financial Review for her perspective on the “Executive Health Trap,” highlighting the hidden cost of sustained high performance and the impact it can have on leaders’ health and wellbeing.


As Founder of The Wellbeing Edge, Roni partners with organisations to embed sustainable performance, psychological safety and wellbeing into leadership culture. Through keynote speaking, executive workshops and coaching, she helps leaders achieve high performance without sacrificing health.After decades of corporate success, Roni faced burnout, endometriosis, miscarriages, osteoporosis and ultimately breast cancer, all while leading at senior levels. Alongside serious health challenges, she also experienced psychologically unsafe workplaces where pressure and silence undermined wellbeing and confidence. These lived experiences now inform her work in helping organisations create cultures where people feel safe to contribute, challenge and thrive.


Roni mentors with the Women’s Resilience Centre, supporting women rebuilding their lives after domestic violence by strengthening resilience, confidence and independence. She also partners with the Women’s Housing Company, delivering workshops that help women build practical tools for wellbeing, stability and self-trust. Roni is an NLP Life Coach and sits on the Business Women Australia Marketing Sub-Committee.


A proud mum of three, Roni brings strategy, lived experience and practical tools to every room she enters, helping leaders redefine success in a way that is sustainable, strong and human.
