Currently, pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Health and Behavioural Science in the School of Medicine and Public Health, funded by UNITAR- CIFAL Newcastle and affiliated with the Hunters Medical Research Institute (HMRI).


Voluntary work at the University of Newcastle:

  • Committee member for the School of Medicine & Public Health’s HDR Festival at the University of Newcastle

  • Executive committee member of the Hunters Medical Research Institute student society.

  • Sub-committee to the International Students Senate 2025.


She has served as a lecturer at Fiji National University and acted as Head of Department (HOD).Prior to this, she has taught in high schools in Fiji and also hold senior leadership roles. She is a proud Indigenous Fijian woman and mom to two beautiful children.
