Veronica has 15+ years of experience leading senior teams for global organizations in Asia-Pacific (Apple, Estée Lauder) where she developed teams across 14 markets. She joined Apple in 2012 as a Business Leader to support the business and team expansion in Asia.

She then joined Estée Lauder in 2019 as a Retail Senior Director for one of brands across Asia-Pacific.

Originally from Spain, Veronica has lived and worked in 9 countries and speaks 6 languages fluently. Her area of expertise is cultural agility: empowering leaders and organizations to thrive in multiculture environments.

As a public speaker and corporate facilitator, she works with Fortune 500 organizations such as UBS, S&P, AIA, AXA and others. She frequently speaks in leadership panels across Asia-Pacific such as the DEI Summit by SCMP in Hong Kong (2025), the Lockton Global Benefits Forum (Hong Kong 2026) or the World HRD Congress in Mumbai (2026).

Veronica is also the author of 4 books on personal development and growth mindset and is represented by Penguin Random House.

As a woman entrepreneur and mom of 2 young girls, Veronica is a strong women's advocate and does a lot of work on advocacy and inclusion in general.

She's also an Ironman triathlete and leverages sports psychology and her own experience to make her sessions inspiring and interactive.
